In case you haven’t heard it (only if you’ve been living under a rock) here’s the Bob Sinclair song, Love generation. I dig the beat and the whislte melody. I have found a few different versions of the songs, but the original is great.
Here’s the video, and the lyrics are below if you’re insterested:
From Jamaica to the world,
this is just love,
this is just love,
Yeah!
Why must our children play in the streets,
broken hearts and faded dreams,
listen um to everyone that you meet,
don’t you worry, it could be so sweet,
just look to the rainbow, you will see,
sun will shine ’till eternity,
I’ve got for much love in my heart,
no one can tear it apart,
Yeah.
Feel the love generation,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Feel the love generation,
C’mon c’mon c’mon c’mon yeah
(whistling)
Feel the love generation,
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
Feel the love generation,
Ooohhh yeah-yeah,
Why must our children play in the streets,
broken hearts and faded dreams,
listen um to everyone that you meet,
don’t you worry, it could be so sweet,
just look to the rainbow, you will see,
sun will shine ’till eternity,
I’ve got for much love in my heart,
no one can tear it apart,
Yeah.

Hi herman!
I must have been living under a rock! I hadn’t heard this version of the song, but the whistling in the song I liked at the first club/bar we went to in Mexico and Bollo asked the DJ who sang it remember? There’s like a techno version of it!
The video is awesome, the little boy and the girl with the umbrella are so cute, as he was riding through a neighborhood I was thinking “that looks like San Francisco!” and then he went to golden gate bridge!

haha. yeah this is the same one from the bar. Its got a great beat. Yeah, I thought you’d notice that about being in San Francisco. I haven’t heard the song much in the radio around here.
