I recently got the opportunity to attend Prosper Days. This is an event geared towards those interested in participating on Prosper. As it turns out, attendees were either lenders, borrowers or new members to the Prosper community that haven’t started lending or borrowing money yet. Prosper started in 2006, and it is one of the largest P2P lending services, if not the largest. Currently they have over 120 million dollars in loans. I just returned from Mexico today, I went there to watch the WRC. It was a lot of fun and I got a lot of pictures. I have a lot of stuff to catch up on now that I’m back so it may be a day or two before I can show you the pictures, but for now I posted a few highlights on my Flickr if you’re interested. I wanted to put a quick post to highlight some of the changes on my site recently.
RSS feeds powered by feedburner. You have always had the chance to use RSS to get updates for muychingon. But as of a month or so ago, I am using feedburner to bring these rss feeds to you. Mainly it gives me an idea of how many people are actually reading my site on a regular basis.
Email subscriptions, I know a lot of people don’t want to use syndication (RSS) to get updates, and I can certainly understand that. So if you want to stay up-to-date with my reviews and all-over-the-place posts, you now may subscribe with your email address. The subscription box is on the the front page. It is also powered by feedburner so you know you can trust it.
Consistency has been a new thing around here. Not to toot my own horn but I’ve been posting somewhat regularly. As usual, my posts bounce all over the place as far as topics goes, but I hope you find some of them worthwhile.

Yeah! I found announcements that confirm a 2nd Transformers installment is coming our way. Its is scheduled to come out sometime in 2009. Currently Spielberg is supposed to come back to direct the sequel, double yeah! The unfortunate thing is that the tentative date is over a year away from now, June 2009. This is old news to everyone except for me, but I thought I’d still tell you about it, since I recommended that you go see the first one a while ago.

This weekend was awesome. After the rain the city felt fresh and crisp, like coming out of a shower. Besides my regular dose of work I got some free time to play with some of my new toys. Here’s a “quick” summary. Also, I wanted to share a bunch of sites I’ve found, I think you could find them useful.
Poweriser udpate: I took them out only on Sunday because Saturday I was mostly busy and I was afraid it would rain again rain… So far wet slick sidewalks aren’t so good for me. I’ll have a video of my latest footage compiled soon. Since I just published my other poweriser summary of the day, I don’t have much to add right now, except that I took a lot of video.
